Why is it so unique?

Behind Porcobrado project there’s the idea of offering a new kind of fast food, in line with the most
current trend which wants to have a gourmet offers also in single-product premises. The main idea
is that of creating a gourmet street food characterized by a stuffed bun unique in the World.

The sandwich is stuffed with small pieces of pork meat (Cinta Senese and Grigio Toscano breeds grown
free-range/in the wild) cooked for 24 hours in a special Barbecue and smoked with apple and
cherry wood. The bread is made from ancient Verna wheat ground by stone.


In 2017 Porcobrado was awarded as the best European Sandwich in Berlin.
